Hollywood Unlocked’s 6th Annual Impact Awards brought together some of the biggest names in music, film, and culture for a powerful night celebrating excellence and influence.
West Coast rapper SKG (Helecia Choyce) appeared on the red carpet alongside Da Brat, DDG, Blueface, Joyner Lucas, and other notable figures in entertainment.
The event honored a star-studded group of changemakers, including Patti LaBelle, Tyler Perry, Kehlani, Kirk Franklin, Meagan Good, RZA, Bozoma Saint John, and Justin Jones. Patti LaBelle received the inaugural Patti LaBelle Legacy Award, created in recognition of her legendary career and cultural impact.
Other honorees included Tyler Perry (Innovator Award), Kehlani (Fearlessness Award), Kirk Franklin (Inspiration Award), Meagan Good (Spirit Award), RZA (Culture Award), Bozoma Saint John (Pioneer Award), and Justin Jones (Community Award).
Hosted by Tiffany Haddish, the ceremony featured performances from Chlöe Bailey, Joyner Lucas, Kierra Sheard, Jekalyn Carr, Donald Lawrence, and Sheléa, with Babyface returning as musical director.
One of the most emotional moments came when Kehlani reflected on how Kirk Franklin’s music helped her during childhood and thanked him directly on stage.
The Hollywood Cares Foundation, founded by Jason Lee, was also spotlighted for its work supporting underserved youth through leadership and development programs.
Executive produced by Jason Lee and Rob Smith, the awards will air on the Zeus Network.
